At Kassturi Candles, we take care to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (where available).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:

    • Within India: 5–10 business days

    • International Orders (if applicable): Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs processing.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs, or weather conditions).


Delivery

  • Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. Kassturi Candles is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship candles only to locations where shipping carriers allow safe transport of such items.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.


International Orders (if applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for international deliveries. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Kassturi Candles is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kassturicandles@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll help coordinate with the shipping carrier.
