We want you to love your Kassturi Candles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your candle to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your candle must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your candle is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles or candles that have been lit cannot be returned.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final and non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your candle and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at kassturicandles@gmail.com
